We offer a free 30-day return policy to make sure you are happy with your Viking Footwear gear. Gear must be unused and remain in its original condition with tags and labels still attached.

Extended return policy

Since many have already started their Christmas shopping, the return policy will be extended until January 15, 2026. This means you can safely purchase your Christmas gifts now, knowing that items can be exchanged/returned after Christmas and up until January 15, 2025. For purchases made after December 15, the usual 30-day return policy applies.

How to return an item

Please follow the below steps in order to complete your return:

  1. Register your return at the link below.

    • For Norway: Save or screenshot the QR code provided.

    • For all other countries: Print the shipping label and attach it to your package.

  2. Pack your order in its original packaging. If returning items from two separate orders, they must be packaged separately. You do not need to include any documentation inside the box.

  3. Go to your local pick up point.

  4. Send your package. Viking Footwear pays for the return shipping.

  • For Norway: Scan your QR code and receive a return label. Send package.

  • For all other countries: Send package.

Please note:

  • We cannot process exchanges. If you would like another size/color/product, you may place a new order in our webshop and return the original purchase.

  • We do not refund shipping fees.

  • If you choose to organise and pay for your own return outside our portal, this is at your own cost and risk. Viking Outdoor Footwear will not be financially responsible for this return.

  • We do not handle products purchased from other retailers. These inquiries should be directed to the retailer who sold the product.
